I dont know much at all about square ground chain other than the fact that it is square, and you guys say it will work best in soft woods, and I do a lot of cleanup from pine trees. Sooo. Can I put a square file chain on like a 201t? Or do they not do good on short bars or 3/8 lp?
I run square lp on my 200t and 201t and it does very well on it.

...some of it actually is punky inside, tons of dust. Can see in my euc chatter thread. This one is hard as heck, especially in the middle. I need to go snatch some more to play with off the mountain of logs.

Don’t you have any friendly logs down there? That thing looked like you’d be better off using a concrete cutter
I have the 10” pine cant I made.

I’m gonna do a comparo video cutting pine, tamarix, and euc. Maybe will give people in other places an idea what this stuff here is like.

Well save that nasty euc for last or else your chain will be so dull it wont cut the pine either

I was just sarcastically referencing the steel pipes you guys call trees. o_O
Funny you should say that.
Yesterday working at the neighbors clearing his lot I found this, glad I didn't cut it .
