Yesterday was a long days fishing, it was a good day thou.
A conga eel in my prawn net a 40” conga
Then a few mackerel as the sun went down.
Then the nighttime squid turned up , I stayed for 2hrs more and got ,24 in total.

First pic was on Tuesday 2 bass 16” & 17”
Second & third pic was Friday. Howling windy day, the dog fish (24”) got put back and I kept the 17” bass.

I've fished the other/west side of the ocean. I don't see that type of bass. What is scientific name or common name? Looks to be good eating!

Went back and looked at the time on the pictures, 7:13AM. This was the only time I fired up the main motor, to get off the lake. Never made it more than 250 yards from the ramp. Thinking about another early morning run on Dec 6 in correlation to next full moon to see if I can hit some more walleyes as well. There will be other trips as well before then.

This one should be around 40-45lbs. My scale was acting up and not working correctly so it is just an estimate until I can replace the batteries. It was a sow and full of eggs so you can expect that to contribute to the overall weight.
