Was not my intention!
I am actually a little envious.
I love it when the locals cry out chaos and the winter service claims they got surprised by 2" of snow over night.
It is amazing how the roads suddenly free up from wannabe drivers, then again it annoys me that others still sit in their cars and drive slower than a snail runs downhill because they can afford an SUV but not the expensive winter tires they'd require.

Traffic law in Croatia dictates winter tires on all four wheels during "winter conditions".
I think the term "winter conditions" is too loose and that a specific time period should be assigned.

I always had winter tires on all my cars, summer tires can not compare even in mild winter conditions.

Ahem . . .

My Grand Dog Hoggle

He is one of those "snow rooters" and absolutely loves winter

He sticks his head down as deep in the snow as possible and just runs and runs

Doesn't come up for air for quite some time
