777 is better than black powder or pyrodex. But blackhorn 209 is where it's at. Burns clean and consistent

Everyone he ain't kiddin The Man knows what he is talkin about

The variance will shows the blackhorn is more consistant for these loads. This is load data is for ACCURA v2 27"barell
Blackhorn cleans a alot easier as well. I like the barnes tmz but my gun likes the hornadys a little more . The variance it gets with the Tmz is24 fps not as consistant of a load. The TMZ picks up more velocity as well around 30more across the board.

Looks like I got alot to learn with all the new stuff. But dont look like I will be muzzy hunting again this year. ;)
Someday I need to get updated I guess.

Dad said he switched to the sabot with Hornady XTP bullets. I use the XTP for reloading. Really liking these FTX.

I used to be that way using muzzy during gun season even.
But since I got the .444 marlin. The muzzy is muzzy season only now and I never need it in Jan.

Dad used his muzzy all week during gun season. But after he shot the 444. he maybe looking for a 444 or 45-70 for gun next. ;)

Ohio is stuck with straight walled for rifles and then shotguns during gun season. List we can use something in straight walled now.

I got last year the new Remington 700 UML in the laminated stock. Currently shooting Remington's Labeled saboted Barnes bullet with 47.5g of Hodgdon 4198. Planning on experimenting with the Barnes Boatails this summer and bump up the accuracy.

I'd like to see updates on accuracy I'm liking that muzzleloader.

I have an NEF Huntsman, a .50 cal built on the shotgun frame. I shoot 70 grains Triple 7 with a 250 grain Lee REAL bullet that I cast. Sighting equipment is OEM front sight with Williams aperture rear sight. We had our first muzzleloader weekend just now. I went all day yesterday, only thing I saw was a doe that ran through the woods behind me around 2:30. Way too hot for the deer to move like I needed them to, I was actually sweating at one point. Today, me and my best friend put up some climbers and two feeders for next month's rifle season. We filled the feeders with corn and dry molasses and set a trail camera near one of them, hopefully start getting more traffic soon.
