Simington s-450 chain grinder for sale

I have an Simington S-450 chain grinder for sale. It is an older grinder and has been well used but it has been sitting in my shed for a number of years now and it’s time to clear some things out. It is the 12volt model. Comes with stand. Asking $500 but open to all offers, plus you cover the shipping or if close (I am in Northern California) you can pick it up.
