No Sir I plan to hold on to them for originality sake in case I ever decide to send this one down the road. I am a blued steel and walnut guy all the way but this was just too good of a deal to pass up.

Got this one last month I've got about 1k rounds through it so far it shoots nice.

Since 2017, I only own a single handgun. A ruger sp 101 in 357 magnum.
Tried a couple of garbage holographic sights: a burris fast fire and a holosun. Both failed to hold zero. Any bit of dust on the open emmittor and you'd loose yer sight picture. Went back to tritium night sights.
Moose/bear/home defense load is 180 grain Swift a frame over 15 grains of lil gun for 1200 fps
Small game load is sierra fmj's over a smidgen unique powder for 1000 fps.
Did have a single six convertible for a while. Hunted mostly with the 22 mag cylinder. Was a bit heavy at 41 oz. Wheras the little sp 101 is only 28 oz and is more versatile/compact.
