Called in the dump re-cycling centre picked up this bunch of tools

Cleaned the stamp on the larger axe and revealed S.A.W on one side and
The number 4 on the other side

On the smaller axe revealed Brades an old brand here in the U.K.

i will split this bunch up and do some close ups

got this nice saddle cruiser 2lb
handle has done its time will fit another 28"

I’ve just put a nice grained 28” on this little cruiser I won’t burn it
I think it’s dark enough just danish oil it

I would love to find a good saddle cruiser again. Maybe once yhe kids are all grown and I can afford to buy more toys again. Very nice looking axes there, and fine job hanging that cruiser.

Thanks Mike they don’t come along very often but this one is unbranded but it has so much character better keep it
