I just seem to pick them up. Hytest challenger this one.

Here is a little hatchet I found a while ago that I forgot about. I had started to clean it up, reshape the damaged areas, and wrapped the handle to keep it from splitting anymore while I kept on the lookout for a suitable pice of wood to make it a new handle. What can you all tell me about it?

That’s a nice little hatchet Trojan is a good tool company they make countless
Numbers of tools we got a full range of hand tools in our local hardware shop
But no axes Iam pretty sure there an australian company

The stamped ones were early ones these two are from the 70s. Trojan took over Hytest in the 60s.

I finally broke my ax's handle, for the second time - no chance to save it this time around.
I reseated the ax on a custom made oak handle.

I just got this. It was my wife's grandfathers. He passed a few years back at 100. No markings that I can see. I am guessing some sort of boy scout ax.

45.00 was what they were going for at a local flea market.
