We have started using ground turkey more and more here. I know my cholesterol thanks me. I still use beef but just not as much as before. The frozen turkey burgers we like are at Costco.

For me I just eat what I want in moderation. Yes I've had the turkey version of everything ain't bad... I try and let my weight and activity level determine my diet more than anything. If I go to slip on my jeans and them babies are a little tight I know it's time to back away from the feed trough. I've been from 245lbs down to 150 when I made my mind up to lose weight. Now I try and keep it between 170-180 at all times that's my feel good weight.

Ol' lady made turkey burgers, actually ground the meat and seasoned herself. Let me tell ya... they were damn good.

I like turkey, it's good. I eat just about anything the wife makes. Thank goodness she has never tried to feed me any of the processed turkey products. Those homemade turkey burgers sound good, I'd go for that.

Turkey Bacon... HELL NO!!!

Turkey drum sticks deep fried is good and easy to carry, never tried a pork drum stick, looks to hard to handle with one hand. [emoji38]
