Seek info on 550 EVL

What do you guys know about these? I got them for nothing, neither of them run. Worth looking into, or junk?

The oiler is amazing. They're pretty slow by today's standards.

Good old saws. Heavy by today's standards, but pretty much bulletproof. Yes, they oil like crazy. Very dependable firewood saw.

I got a 500 vl and i know right now i can put mix in the tank and go cut wood. It has been sitting for 3 years untouched. Good dead reliable saws is what they are

Yes they're still available but as with any older saw it can be hit or miss finding what you need.

Yours are electronic ignition, which are harder to get parts for than the point ones, but they're out there
