HELP! Repower Troy built chipper vac mn-47279 with Honda gx200 engine

Iv'e been told I will lose my self propelled drive if I install a Honda engine on my Chipper Vac. AI says its not a problem and done all the time. Anyone repowered and older mn47279 with a honda gx200. Thanks much.
