I think that small bend of line is prebent. You would probably need a longer piece if you are going to use something else for line.

It sure looks like it is pre-bent but spending $12 to $15 plus shipping for a tiny piece of hose less than an inch long would throw me right into a heart attack. Anybody figure out a bulk way to do this?? Are there hollow pieces of gas resistant rings that you could cut up that would work? I will look at McMaster Carr and see if they have anything.

I have a 2150 apart on my bench and I have a little bit of husky line. I'll give it a try and report the results.

You can cut several of those out of a husky pigtail fuel line.

Maybe that is why those things come curly, I thought though that the impulse line was smaller ID and OD maybe does not matter but I would not want to get an air leak.
