SOLD Rebuilt & Ported 562xpw PHO

For sale is a 2014 Model 562xpw that I just finished rebuilding. The saw has the EL-48 carb and six-screw crankcase. During the rebuild, I screwed up and left the cases in the ultrasonic cleaner too long and took the paint off. I ended up priming and painting the cases with a good acrylic urethane paint before putting it back together with OEM bearings and gasket set. I decided to use a Duke’s p&c on this build as the original jug was too trashed to save.
I cut the squish band & cylinder base, ported the jug, modded the muffler, advanced the timing, and did some carb work. The saw had a plugged decomp when I got it, so that is the way it still is. The plastics aren’t pretty, but everything is solid & functional. Given the condition of the plastics, and the fact that I went AM on the P&C, I would like to get $700 plus shipping PayPal F&F. I might be able to get a video of it tomorrow.

I think the hesitation was around the AM top end. A local who does 20+ cords of firewood came and bought it to replace his tired 455 rancher. I let him make a couple cuts and that was the end of the story, lol.

I don't think I'd hesitate if it were worked over and ported by you or one of our other builders. I think all of the builders here have sorted out what works and what doesn't and that goes a long way.
