I'm liking all of the focus chat! Had 3 over the years. 2000 until I hit black ice at about 100 spun, cross lanes, up an embankment backwards , rolled off and ended upside-down in the opposite lane. Blew out all the windows, broke off 2 rims, crushed the driver side roof in 6-8 inches and broke to he gear shifter off with my hip. Only I jury was a small cut on my left ring finger climbing back in to get my phone. Another guy comes by slides misses my car , stops past my car, stands in the middle of the road flagging cars. I'm in the phone with 911 and yelling at the guy to get off the road. Another car comes by slides takes out the guys legs then hits the corner of my car and spins it 180. I'm still on the phone standing on the hill. The whole thing was just crazy!!! Sorry long story.

Next was a 2002 - kept for a few years - had Diablo chip- cut out the top speed at 112. Maxed was 125 ish

Traded in for a 2003 svt . I miss that car.

Would love to get an RS - drove one at the airshow at the Ford test/ short track area. Such a cool car!

How many clutches did you put in the svt?:D

1 right before I sold. I think it had 85 or 90k on the original. Not too bad. They are known for early clutch wear. That car saw redline more than most cars would see in at least 5 probably more lifetimes. That dual stage intake was cool. I think 3.5-5.5 k was the sweet spot. Had a 95 probe gt with 125k. Never replaced the clutch.

That's so cool. I'd love one! I think I remember a CHP one a few years back. Where in Florida were you?

You had me at 7.3 and 6-speed. One helluva rig.
Just saw these posts.
SE FL.

I'd like it myself, but I'm not ready for it, both cash and business wise.
When its time those type of deals may not be around, that's okay though because I'll be making so much money then it won't matter lol.
I just snagged up a couple more saws and a bit more climbing gear and a couple ropes. I don't use the stuff much right now, but when I'm ready to go for it I'll have a lot of the smalls in place. One of the ropes I snagged up was a 5/8x200, bull rope which is one I've been wanting, by the time I sell the saws it will be free .

Beautiful dog! That makes me soo sad. Sorry for your rough time. Mine is getting to that point too. 14 and bad hips, knees, spine... I'm such a softy for pooches. They truly become an essential real part of the family.

The wife and I had said these same things. It’s going to be tough but the one thing we have said is with family in Michigan and South Dakota and wanting to do more traveling we are going to do our best to wait before getting another one. Some days are better then others but I can see my dog aging quicker every week. As for now she is doing great and still peppy for almost 13. I have told myself that the next time she goes to the vet and it’s something that’s not just a simple visit we need to think of her quality of life and not throw a bunch of money at it to keep her around so we don’t have to suffer

I took her to the vet year ago sept to have her put down when she was really sick and 1400 bucks later for a surgury she was good. But this time it was her liver and at her age i just couldnt go through this again and see her suffering. The vet also told me it was time. So i keep telling myself i did the rite thing. No more suffering. Sorry for the thread derail fellas. But little venting does help.
