Just converted from white cheapo $6/ pair to golden a little less cheapo $12/pair fogs. I feel like I spent too much on the new fogs. I did all 4 head lights in led last year for I think $18. Lol. I don't know if it's TRUE but I remember my grandpa talking about how they were banned from crossing the Mackinac Bridge. Probably just in windy conditions?

I believe the last death to occur on that bridge was when a lady stopped near the top in a Yugo and heavy winds blew the car off.

Brett I have not run a loop around my 6 foot forester yet, and it is still manually moveable with the 661 connected. That is how, by myself, 24 foot or longer, become tall ladders.

• No U-turns.
• No stopping on the Mackinac Bridge.
• In the event of a flat tire or motor failure, please remain in your vehicle. Bridge personnel on duty will investigate and assist.
• Use four-way flashers while vehicle is disabled.
• No YUGOS

Truck Regulations

• Travel in right lane – no passing.
• 500-foot spacing – no tailgating.
• Use four-way flashers.
• Maximum speed is 20 mph.
• Rules Enforced from toll plaza to Jamet Street exit.
• Trucks with a gross load of over 40 tons must request escort prior to crossing.
• Maximum allowable vehicle weight is 72 tons.

Placarded Loads

• Transportation of flammable liquids, liquid gases, explosives and other placarded loads requires an escort by bridge personnel. Persons transporting these loads must call Bridge Services at 906-643-7600 for escort.

Oversized Vehicles

• Oversized vehicles must call 24 hours in advance to arrange a bridge escort.

Other restrictions may be in effect due to weather conditions or construction projects.
Please tune to 530 or 1610 am radio while in the Straits area.

Nice! I was only over it twice. Once southbound and then northbound back home.

Anyone ever seen one of these? It's a puffball of some sort. I found it in a flowerbed in the front, I thought it fell off a fake plant or something, it felt rubbery.
