Yeah, all those clouds .
We had our last church service at the beach, thought it was gonna rain on us , but it didn't .
Shelf cloud at Lake Michigan, same park as before.
It was a solid red line on the radar, then it opened up and went around us, this was looking north.
Here's looking south.

It was a storage tent for something here. No idea what. They make some of them into break tents as well.

I've found being the odd guy isn't always as bad as folks make it out to be, what do they know anyway, their "normal".

We went catching last night, burned a few cookies, the kids even cooked me a couple of hotdogs over the ash and cherry fire .

Roasting peanuts to make peanut butter, it’s a hot thankless job, but I do it for all the kids in the world, well not really, it really pays for more chainsaws ha ha!. I am in maintenance so I get more time in the heat while the operators get to sit in the A/C control rooms.

Finally got my son and his little 12 foot boat out. It has a couple small leaks. He very fast learned how unstable a small boat is when you move. He says he wants to sell it and upgrade to a 14 lol. So we hot to get the leaks fixed and get it back out.
Oh and i borrowed my grandoas fuel line cause my ball went hard( dont be thinkin dirty now) and found out just befor putting boat in that i have a different conector then he does so had to drive around to the main marina and get the propper conector. An hour later were in the boat.

My first boat was a 14’ flat bottom job boat with a 1964 evenrude 9.1/2 outboard. Lots of good memories. Got it when I was fourteen.
