We're between Seiad Valley and Happy Camp in Siskiyou County.

Damn, not too far from me. I’ve been to Weitchpec several times, but I’ve never made it all the way up to the Happy Camp area.

Reminder to everyone not to hoard old unused gadgets with Lithium batteries!

By chance I noticed the battery hatch to be popped open on a BT/microSD headphone set I haven't used in a while.
OEM Nokia battery wants to blow up!!!



I have drawers full with old & defective phones and tablet PC's, going to e-scrap all of it ASAP!

Great reminder, you don’t always tink of the old battery devices laying around.
I have a flashlight that won’t keep a charge it needs to go for sure now.

I have a couple old but functional digital cameras with batteries that no longer hold decent charge, best scrap those batteries before they go thermal runaway!
