Clean that cut thoroughly and the skin around it.
Then put a drop of super glue in and pinch it shut until it sets.
I'd recommend having one of the thin disposable gloves on your other hand before touching the glue finger.
That way you don't have as much chance of fingers getting stuck together.

It actually only hurt for 30 minutes. I'm just babying it now.

Sorry I'm just seeing this now, we used a bit of a different method but it's healing ok.
