I think its horse hide (I could be wrong).

I have a kerosene lantern that is stamped Shapleigh hardware if you collect those things, you can have it.

Done some this trip and some on others. !! And spectacular. Off to four corners and area today.
Arches was very busy,, needed a reservation to.
Camping is not cheep Average bout $45, KOA $75,, not for me.

They make really good electric ones now days. In the 2000s I was into the gas RC trucks they were much more expensive back then more widespread now, lots of fun, can’t stand the loud noise though. Is that one electric/ Lipo batt?

Same with me and rc airplanes. Now I have two electrics and the lipos are amazing power sources. Still, nothing beats the sound of a screaming gas engine zinging across the sky!

I half to agree the sound needs to go with the plane, it would be weird seeing a silent one/less exciting. Nice looking planes, out of curiosity, how much you got into them each?

Each of those under 300 ready to fly. My gas planes are another story!

The one on the right, yes. Plus it has a gyroscope to self level the plane for new pilots. Got it for my daughter to fly. The one on the left I've smashed into the ground twice doing stupid aerobatics! I just fix it and keep doing stupid stuff!
