Key is to pour strait round up on the stump as soon as you cut it down. Will kill the whole root system and all the little trees attached to the roots.

That's exactly what I do here with Kiawe

Cut it down and get a spade bit and drill the stump and pour in Roundup concentrate

Nothing can withstand that

Youth rifle season starts runs this weekend so I spent some much needed time on the tractor Monday night to at least put in some paths and shooting lanes. Started on my shop Sunday night and got one side done in the dark Tuesday night. Basically rained since then. This weekend is supposed to be nice so when not taking boy hunting I should be able to get other side done and start laying out the arches.
