Was at Put-In-Bay on South Bass Island Lake Erie today and their Vol. Fire Dept was having a Clam Bake/ BBQ Chicken fund raiser.
2 Clam Bake Dinners with plenty of food, A Bag of Clams, 1/2 BBQ Chicken, bake potato, sweet corn, roll and butter, veggies w/dip, cookies and drinks.
So I throwed them a $100 Dollar Bill and said just Keep the Change.

I had a fine gentleman from there (on FHC) send me some! They are very cool. I bought my 2 younger nephews IR flashlights and gave them several.

I finally got my ducks in a row and finished my dueling tree. Made an adjustable support link so you can adjust it for various calibers. Paddles are 3/8" AR500 steel 4" in diameter attached to 5/8" pivots. So basically every handgun but 500 s&w magnum.

Got less than $75 bucks in it too! I couldn't believe what these things cost to buy one.

I went up to the woods to run a couple saws today - I was about five miles above my house and a 4-5 year old Cougar came out of the brush in front of my pickup.

He ran the down the road a ways but dived off into an logging unit before I could get a picture of him. He was chewing on these remains:




An old Deer carcass - the bones were fairly fresh so he'd probably killed this one before and then stashed it in the brush to come back to later.
