The trans would probably scatter instantly. I guess the NV3500 are weak from what Ive read.
They aren’t that’s bad, they are fine as long as you don’t straight abuse them! I had a friend that had a 96 350/5peed with 35” thornbird super swampiers, he said it would spin the tires though 3rd, I said bs! Then he did it! I was impressed! With stock size tires they can handle a fair amount

People forget we are all more alike than different, uh? I took a lot of philosophy in college, so much even though I was an engineering student because I found it deeply profound, and it really opened my eyes. I still study it often today, which just makes me great conversation at parties... er...
Basically, someone else has already figured out wtf was wrong or right or confused or straight about us long ago, and we just keep making the same mistakes over and over and over. And people use a lot of what they already figured out about how we tick to maniplate us over and over and over. Amazing how just a bit of knowledge instills a good amout of wisdom and prescience. If you think you know all of what's goin on, you probably don't really know what's goin on. For the record, I'm a big fan of Aristotle and his idea of virtue.

Regarding the film:
That is a scan of the color negative. Fuji 400 if I recall. I generally shot with slides back when, but I think I ran out of film when I was in Ireland that time(as you would). So I bought local stuff.
So it's a scan of the negative in to a computer back in 1998 ish. But not edited much at all. In fact, if I could find that negative now, I could scan it in much higher resolution and edit it; I lost all of them in a flood in Texas in 2003 or so, whenever Allison hit. :(

This is what it looks like before any editing when you scanned the negatives back when:

ANd slide film from about the same time. I was fond of Astia and Reala.

That looks like it was trying to be the rodeo arena in FT Worth Stockyards.
Myriad of connections with others, but the focal point seems to be the things we disagree on rather than the things that could bring us together .

This first couple look awesome for the tech.
I have a buddy who's an engineer, he worked at Kodak for quite some time, even developed the lenses for satellites back many yrs ago, he has some old pictures that blow my mind, and then he has some pretty funny ones, many because of the era. Great guy, hope his health gets better, he just went in and got a clean bill of health as far as the cancer, but he has other ailments too :(.

That truck is earning its keep!
That ain't no joke. He's hauled many loads of dirt on it like the one, then he pulled most of it out with a medium sized Kubota excavator, you know that puts even more weight on it. I've also seen it with a bed full of logs up to the height of the tailgate and then another row of logs hanging out over the tailgate, hardwood logs too .
Surprised it's still going, it's pretty beat up these days for sure.

The newest addition to the fleet. View attachment 2300064.3 5spd
Nice ride man.
What's funny is that I was looking at one just like it earlier today. I saw it from the passenger side and thought man that doesn't look too bad, then saw the drivers side and was like what a rusted piece of junk, I hate rust cars.
:28 lol.

Get a nv4500 out of a Cummins!
You got one with the Cummins still attached?

You can get the Chevy nv4500, it has the 4.3 350 454, I have one for the blazer.

dry pavement, vortec 350’s run good! The 5-speeds really wake them up! It’s amazing the difference, the auto robs a lot of power and won’t let it rev without manually shifting the auto. I wish my 03 was available with a 5.3 and 5 speed! But they never made that combo! I could swap it thou.
I had a friend that had a 96 5 speed 350 with a whipple supercharger, never had a tranny issue, and it was pretty fast with stock size tire
