Took the Makita 4300 out for its maiden use. I like this saw. Cut that entire oak with a 14" 3/8 lp chain. It rips!

You should buy a pto tiller.
Then take a vacation up here and do some food plots for me.

So I had to make a decision. This fat ass fir fell over in a storm a while back, and it smacked the senses out of the smaller one next to it. The standing one seems to be held in place by the fallen trunk now. If you look close there's a rise where the roots are starting to pull up the ground just under the base of the big fir's trunk. So I only removed the top of it for timber planks. I hope I left enough to hold the standing fir in place till it can root better. The ground was quite a bit more wet when I was working on it last month.
