Short of the long, he should not be cutting trees down! He was cutting two downward v cuts, makes no sense, then he cut out all of his holding wood on the side opposite of the barn edit fell sideways from the intended direction! I was at the barn two days prior, fixing a well pump and watched him drop a tree, I told the owners he was extremely dangerous and to stay completely clear of the area he almost took out a fence and had no regard for other people in the area. I told the owner I was concerned that he would hit the barn
That's an ouchie. Hopefully he didn't do significant structural damage to the barn.

it did just enough damage to be a major pain! Being engineered trusses you can’t really make minor repairs, broke the tail off at least two maybe three trusses, so that’s gonna be a major repair! To completely fix it back to original is going to be an expensive repair
