Yeah. Went to the Rouge plant. It was shut down for summer maintenance. But was still bad ass

Yeah it was really cool. I was a little disappointed they only let you see final assembly. I wanted to see truck bodies getting spot welded together.

I would like to see that 797g in action! It’s a cool build! That 72” bar is awesome, not a lot of them around!
That particular 797 pulled like a gear drive when it was still direct drive. Now that saw is pretty unstoppable. But I've found that the big Macs & Homies like either more chain in the form of 1/2" or rakers way down on chisel .404. These vintage domestics unlike my ported 090g, which does well with stock .404, won't clear chips with stock chain and 60" or longer bars buried. We ran that 797g at last year's gig and it was extremely strong, it, like my 895, won't clear the chips very well on that chain.

How many times have you rode the Dragon? Dan sent me that pic of your shirt while you were at Drillers the other day.

2 visits to the area for multiple days, so I've been up and down and all around many times. I love the Cherohala Skyway best. Long sweeping high speed turns. 2 wheel heaven.
