Got er' home!

Need some more spring in the red truck.
Set it bit far forward on the trailer. It all worked out got a nice 6+ hour drive. Soon as I transfer the title I will start working on it. Local place can do the head studs and fix hot no start at a price that I can't pass up. I looked at the parts and time it would take and its a no brainer. With my job and the stuff going on I might not get much time off.

Sounds like either Stand pipes or STC fittings.

6.0's are fantastic when they're right. I have 2 and love them, though the '03 has actually been far less troublesome than the '05. I do like the better front end and creature comforts on the '05 though. Either way, fixing them is still way less than the payment on a new/newer 6.7 Ford OR Ram, with equal or more mile than my trucks...

03 King Ranch. Seems to have several of typical little things wrong. Once I get this going good I guess I will sell my 7.3/ZF6.:( Don't need any more extras around . I figure I will have about 10k in it with no payments. Glad I have the options of this being fixed while I drive my other. Couldn't imagine what I would do if I had bought it and then was completely down while it was being fixed. I guess there is a plus side to having too many vehicles around.

I was going to do o-rings, stand pipes, replace icp and other recommended things myself, but then figured if I were down that far it I should do studs and gaskets. Easier to have a shop do it that has the ability to do cab removal rather then me doing it in the drive with jacks and a tractor.
