I like the clean pure glow of white lights on a tree. The kids like the multi color. Our tree can switch between the two.

I like the white too :campeon:.
My boy wants a train set bad. The one he likes is 125 at one of the antique stores here(it's pretty big), still in the box, I know nothing about them.
Because of the brand name and the word train I'm a bit cautious as far as doing a google search on it .

A couple of research ships at the OSU pier:

Oceanus, owned by Oregon State University
Marcus Langseth, Owned by National Science Foundation.

Both are in for minor repairs and re-stocking.

I think I took these around Brookings Oregon. I didn't put the exact location on the image when I took it ten years ago(but it's there now).

I used the EXIF data to find out where I was. That was taken 20 minutes after I took this pic in California:

And the only bridge by a harbour within 20 mins was Brookings. SO I poked around on google maps ground view and matched them up quick.

ANd here's the Bernadette trawler in it's harbour at Charleston, Oregon off of Coos Bay

Yes...I did have to chase that one spot weld a bit... :(
How bad are the 4300/421's to put a crank in.
I have one here and it has a spur that's out of round and then the crank is out of round .
Here it is at the tightest spot, all pics are with the bar tightened down and not moving, there are washers under the nuts.

Then with the spur rotated 180.

Looks good.
We used to have one, looking at the window ledge I dont see it now, I'm real observant lol.
Okay, just found it, its in the "formal" dining area, or what we like to call the play-doh room :risas3:. And my pressure washer storage room at least for the time being.
It has some buds and one flower, but its a little dry.

If the spur is out of round, and the crank is out of round, why not put them together 180* apart?
;)

That works great, until you pull the recoil once, and it's kinda hard to get the clutch to engage at just the right time lol.
Maybe I should just tack weld the spur to the crank at the right location :D.
Hoping you're joking :).
