Had a dominant piston do the same thing. It was only in one spot though.

Speaking of hot rods, got the ujoints on the 99 suburban done today .
Only had one really bad spot, the rest looked pretty good, still had the original grooves on the main body. Oh they were the originals with 235k on them too.
Now I've got a couple new moogs in there, be nice if they go another 235k lol.
Wonder why she was vibrating .

The truck came from Oregon, but it's a 1% Cali truck with the smog control crap. Pulled the shaft and saw this, I've delivered to this plant, it's about an HR and a half from my place, even driven thru their picket lines, they weren't happy with me . Who knows, maybe I delivered some of the steel used in this .

Honestly can’t remember, I think I sanded it. If it was in 3 places I’d be gettin a new one

Ya If it was used and I needed it asap, I would monkey with it, but this is bad enough that I want a new piston(that is correct)!! Lol

Nice, where do you get the tape, need some of that lol.
I didn't know you were looking, I bet I got over 20 new 24's here and new chains for them all, if you ever need anything don't be afraid to ask .

I didn't even think about that.

I was in Family Farm and Home trying to spend some gift cards and saw it and matching chain so I impulsively bought 2 chains and the bar. I've been wanting longer but never actually need it, it's just to make thinks easier. Now I'll have to quit being scared and actually tune it to where it should be. 12,000 just feels safe to me

This truck got towed in from another dealer.
I guess it had a tick noise.
Then they decided they didnt want to work on it.
I got it like this, with everything else tossed in 1 big cardboard box in the back...

Had a sheep fluffer tear the heads off an olds 3.5 then walk out and never came back. Guess who had to put that mess back together...
