Have you ever messed with the gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter stuff?

I’m getting a gooseneck hitch and airbags installed on my Super Duty next week. I found out I could legally pull 15k with a Class C license as opposed to only 10k with a bumper pull... when I get a dump trailer it will be a gooseneck with dual 8 lug axles. And I won’t need a Class A license. Thinking this one, or maybe a 14’...

I have the B&W gooseneck set up, but would be nice to be able to yank a 5th wheel once in awhile as well. The 16 or 14 would be great. Those are real nice trailers. It will be nice not messing with the class A bs lol.

Pulled the manual slider out of my Dads truck.
Installed an auto slider.
His Chemo treatments for his cancer got him worn down, cant pull the lever on the manual anymore.

@p61 western I have installed 5th wheels and gooseneck hitches, but have no experience with the adapters between the 2. I know the plate type adapter to pull goose off the 5th wheel bed plates is pretty nice, I have seen them.

@Dub11 bring that Honda up.
I gots a welder! We will make it fit!
