Being from the far east could you please tell me what the brown material installed here is (pardon my ignorance).

It’s called delta drain, it’s a hard plastic that has a dimple pattern to allow water to drain along with a felt backing

P259F ... something to do with overboosting the turbo... I searched online and it usually happens to people using the exhaust brake, which I haven’t really used at all. The fix is supposedly a programming update, which my truck got, but the Check Engine Light still comes on about once a week and then goes away on its own after a day or two. The truck is still under factory warranty.
