Woodn't know even if I bit them. Brain Injury took most of my sense of smell and taste. They be connected
@Marshy that hook can be straighten, helps to keep it wet. Heated water best, but then the center of the bend down on saw horse with a 2x stretched a foot or two each side of horse. Weights down the long side one heavier weight near the end. Keep the inside of bend wet. The outside isn't as important since it doesn't need to stretch out like the inside.
Or use it as is the way old English buildings had that look. Was all they could do with the timbers that was available after the straight stuff was used for the monarchy.
