Within 2 minutes of the guys getting out of the trucks, 2 were in the tree!

Flood control dam failed after 13" of rain in a short amount of time. Washed out the end completely. The face washed out of the hillside os over 50' tall. Water had filled spillway and was cresting top of the dam. One of three failed dams in western Wisconsin. House washed off foundation by flood.
