I didn't take this photo my doctor took it for me. I broke my L4, and L5 vertebrae and had blown disks between L4 and L5 and L5 and S1. Doctor fused those together yesterday with titanium screws, rods, cement and plastic . I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS CRIPPLE ME FOR LIFE! I'm already able to get out of bed. It does hurt like hell though.

I don't need anything, I have 6 months of sick time and I'll get another $175 a week in short term disability through MetLife. It may be a while before my quality of life is back to normal. I ain't quitting though! I'll have to pay $1500 of this surgery that cost over $308,000. That's crazy expensive.

@Dub11 I've hurt my back several times in the past but the final straw was I tried to manhanle a much to large round and fell back and across another log. It was about 20 mins before I could move and drag myself to the truck.
