Ok
Been doing tires all my life and haven’t had an issue
Thought there was something special
Thanks
I don't have to do many tires and have chased my tail on some smaller ones in the past. Couple clamps or vice grips and the tire can't lift back over the rim. Made a big difference since I was wrestling it on the shop floor.

Typical local road

This is why we all drive prerunners and 3/ton trucks on oversize tires

We run into a couple from Arizona every year at the campground we stay at in Spearfish SD.
He always has at least 1 spare tire on the truck or 5th wheel and a different window on the camper covered with a board from the glass popping out somewhere along their journey. Itsbern that way the past 5,6 years or so.

For it being a whole -2F outside, they sure got excited to play in some straw. The other girls are just pouting inside the coop. Can't say I'd blame them
Quite the playground you have for the girls there! We have some tires and other jumping/climbing stuff in the goat pen, but the not for the hens. Might have to look into that

Thanks! They seem to enjoy having a variety of places to play and forage. I use the tires as a place to hold sand and ash for them to dust bathe in. They will get a refill tomorrow when I shovel the fireplace out. I have a small "stable" made from a 4x8 sheet of plywood as well, to give them shade and shelter, which has also proved to be popular. It's easily moved; I have it close to the chicken door now just for the windbreak effect. These birds are spoiled.

Note the large rocks next to the garage. I didn't want them digging next to the building any more.

This guy... he keeps the hens happy and safe. No aggression toward people after meeting my Redwing exactly once.

This Americauna is like a golden retriever. Always happy and wanting to get attention. Jumps right into your arms
