I've put a swivel to a wobble extention to a swivel socket.
It's either that or a wrench a 1/4 turn at a time on the GM 3.6 rear exhaust to cylinder head bolts.

On an exhaust flange? You get it tight.
I have yet to see the person who puts a torque wrench to every fastener.
