i have some line cobbling in my future. had my 04 parked for a couple weeks waiting for brakes. finally got to that, and as soon as i fired it up started smelling real gassy. fuel pouring out under drivers side, only when running. turn key on, fuel pump runs and shuts right off and stays off. safe to say thats the return line eh?

Could be either line but if it doesn't leak when you key it up, yeah more than likely return.
But, the feed line probably isn't in much better shape.

yeah no leak at all with key on, engine off. i dont have time for a full job, hopin to clamp a rubber line in there and send it

Well worth it in 20* weather
My brothers one man band timber outfit he had for 40 years
He retired about 12 year's ago
Gave an out of work union welder some work brazing 2 series mufflers
They all suck this bad I gave him hell a baby could've done better and I told him that
It wasn't worth the there dollars per he charged
He's back to work now somehow.

Ever use nylon lines? Compression fittings are available, nylon to steel. Just had to replace fuel lines on my 06. Lifted the box, so no dropping the tank, it was full.

I used that system on my truck. Worked awesome!
