no, not at this time. I go to the gym and work out when I can. I can do the tread mill for 20 min at 3.5 mph with 8% grade on my good days. have to keep my heart rate below 130. when i'm low on blood I can't do that. have to slow down. and i'm always low on blood. if I survive a year I can get off the blood thinners and the bleeding will stop.

+1. Glad we did not lose you but I'm sorry to hear that your recovery has been so difficult. I have started walking 3 miles a day five days a week with my wife.
