have to keep in the tigger all the way to use the saw

how i adjust the carb so it idels

Those probably have the splined mixture screws which require a special tool. I got mine from ebay.

Welcome to OPE, I see your in Pennsylvania, if you happen to live close by I'd be happy to take a look at it for you for free. I'm betting that the carb needs a good cleaning and kit.
