I have for sale a like new ported 592xp, ported by Krafterized Work & Performance Saws LLC. Saw has less than 10 hours total runtime on it, comes with extras. Included is the wcs clutch cover, wcs spikes, larger oem clutch cover, oem larger spikes, full wrap handle, regular handle, two unopened red beard foam filters. Asking $1600 plus shipping in the us powerhead. Reason for two holes on the starter side is I had planned on making the saw a tunable carb with a 585 carb and coil but left it as autotune. Also saw has a small chip out of the end of the crank where the sprocket clip goes. Doesn’t affect the clip attaching or staying in place. Can easily be repaired by a skilled welder if desired.

Not sure honestly, I noticed it one day swapping sprockets. I’ve used it about 4 tanks since then and have had no issues. Phil who ported the saw also welds and said he could easily repair that if it ever became an issue. I’m sure any good welder could fix that, I’m not a good welder.😂😂

It’s from hitting the end of the crank with a hammer in my experience. I’ve drilled a hole in a piece of sheet metal and slipped it over the crank to cover the saw and gas welded them before. Takes a bit of time but good as new
