More likely to be drive tangs out of spec than a Tsumura bar. I would keep the angle grinder switched off in its cupboard until you know exactly what's wrong. Tsumura tolerances and Q/C are pretty high even harsh treatment during shipping is unlikely to close the rails. Try a different chain & get out the measuring calibers to varify tang thickness. Does the bar part no match the chain gauge your running?

I had one with a tight spot near the mounting surface. I just run a loose chain and let it wear in.

Well this bar has to be a .050 the penny trick fits in a few spots but most of the bar it doesn't. Looks like I'll have to put it up for sale

Not pinched, just the wrong bar huh. What length is it again?

20 inch small mount it's a nos total super there is nothing on the bar indicating the gauge I just assumed. This is what happens when you assume things I guess. I also have a .325 tip to go with it

Any photos of the bar? And the number on the bar? Might be cheaper for you to just buy the chain to match the bar and try that. The chain is cheaper than buying a new bar.

Yeah I can take some pictures the only thing is everyone around me sells .058 and that's what all my other saws run just trying to keep it simple
