Not necessarily. There are Pioneer P42s and Pioneer/Partner P42s. Same with all the others.

I'll get some pics up tomorrow and as for price I have no clue. I originally was just browsing for parts and stumbled across the site. I didn't realize guys collect these. It's a good ol brute and deserves to be restored though. It runs. The recoil for the cord isn't great so can't get a full pull on it.

It depends if it is a green p42 or a yellow p42. The green p42 is basically the same as a p41 with a different carb,fiberglass reed, and a faster ignition. The yellow p42 has different port timing, and everything else the green p42 has.

It's just cribbing that comes under bundles of plastic pipe. I bring them home from work. The trough milled into them is to keep the metal strapping from sliding off
