If I had any .063 3/8 bars I would pick up a box of this. I have some of the same style chain in .058. It cuts fine. Only drawback is you cannot use some raker gauges due to the width of the raker. Good deal from a grape seller.

I can empathize, as I have six kids. Though you may want to consider trying the "it'll save me money in the long term" argument.
