Gonna find out tomorrow amigo, it is in pretty good shape. It needs a good solid cleaning, probably carb work, some spikes and a more appropriate bar. Can't wait to give her a try, I just love old stuff!

Got this saw along with running ms180c, 028 super with perfect cylinder will be a runner and a ms211 don't know if good or parts. New carb kit, fuel line and replaced crank seals for the heck of it and the 026 runs great. 40$ for all four saws. Different bar then the one that came on it 160# compression.

Picked this up dirty, and "broken" for $50.
The flat spring on the master control lever had somehow become dislodged, then bent. The fuel line wasn't seated properly, so the saw was "leaking fuel badly".

Got an ms 250c left for dead at local dump. Very dirty and not well cared for but I figured for parts if not else. No spark because the flywheel was coated in oils/sawdust. Cleaned up had spark threw in fuel line and carb kit runs like a champ. Already sold for 125$

Mine wasn't that nice, not horrible after cleaning and I gave my cousin a deal at 125. Don't like the easy start and tool less chain adjuster all that much personally but works well for his wife.
