picked up a stihl 044 today good running and cutting for 50.00 needs a tune up and the usual
got it from the original owner it is slant fin and the serial starts with 123.

i got this saw from a friend who runs a dairy farm and tire shop and he said the bar is original and i think it is judging by how old it looks.

It doesn't take but a second to pop the cover off. Not saying anything is wrong with it but it's always good to do with a new to you saw
