Last pair of loggers I bought were Carolina's believe it or not, was a good American made boot. Need to send a pair of White's in for rebuilding one of these days, have enough wore out pairs to last the rest of my days, not much else compares for an off the shelf boot.

I'm still up in the air about my Mucks. Dang things are uber tight on my calfs almost to the point of cutting of circulation to my feets. I like a good pair of LaCrosse, but they definitely aren't as durable as they used to be. Cheaper rubber?

I was that way about my Matterhorn boots. Those things saved my ars many times on a frigid flightline.

Rocky's were my elk hunting boot of choice.

Well, my leg is finally getting better, had to do some doctoring on it with some of the bruising spots actually dying. Would have heeled in a couple days in my youth. Sure is hell to get old.

Are you sure you are going to be able to port saws effectively? You seem to lack the characteristic “sticks” of the others.
