We did six or seven today and collected about 250-300 kilos of olives.

I do around 80 -120 per year depending if they have olives.

For every 5 kilos of olives, you get 1 kilo of oil.

Same attachment. Don't know if it would work for walnuts, but pistachios and smaller nuts it works. I used it for almonds last year.

The tines are carbon fiber and about 12" long and for nuts the kit includes rubber sleeves that prevent tough limbs from damaging the tines.

Stihl's version uses side-to-side motion to vibrate the limbs. Others have rotating heads.
