39F headed to 45f today. Might get some outside work done if it is dry enough. Dr suggested I stay home for a few days to let my body adjust to the new meds and rest some.

Mornin' Recoil Rascals! Headed to 80F today and full sun. If it gets any warmer my olive picking is going to be off.

Need a little cooler weather to make the oil quantity get to full production.

Good morning Gary Dr is right just chilling out makes the world of difference,speaking from experience here buddy been on blood pressure pills for 3 years.I told Mum a couple of years ago we have a dodgy gene pool
