Decided to blow some leaves from the drive, made dinner did a welding job, then decided to cut a bit of wood. Cut up about forty feet when the bottom dropped out of the clouds. Rounds were slippery like a salamander. Stupid rain.

We just got the pool closed up yesterday, still have carrots in the ground and other garden clean up that needs to be done.

Have one apple tree to pick and make more pies and then there's always wood to cut. Just seems like it has been a overly rainy fall. Two containment ponds went from empty to full in three days in the back yard.

For sure we need the moisture after such a dry summer but it is so freakin dreary. Could really use a few sunny days.

Thanks Tor. She's fine, I spoke with her a few hours ago. She said they got some wind and rain but nothing real bad. I wouldn't have guessed that by watching the radar.
