Flightline been buzzing this morning...tugging F-15’s, C-130’s, C-17’s, C-5’s, and JSTARS into the hangars. F-15’s and C-130’s been taking off left and right all morning, getting the hell out of here for a couple of days.

yeah the homeless camp down by the river here in Topeka is gonna get washed out soon. I feel bad for the people down river cuz of all the dirty needles heading there way.

Think I’m gonna wheel ‘em off in the shop later today. Hell, some of the covers are $75 + nowadays...damn sure don’t want them heading across the county.

Gonna drag the 6250 watt generator and big 10 gauge SO cords out and make sure he’s ready to roll just in case I need to hot up some circuits to keep the fridges, etc running.

Took a couple of hours this afternoon...PowerBack 6250 generator ready to roll. Pulled the carb bowl, hit the whole carb/float/jets, etc with two cans of carb and choke cleaner, cleaned the tank line, etc. Fired up on the third pull with the choke.

...got about six gallons of e-free on-hand. Filled the truck up...it holds 32 gals. Push come to shove, I’ll run a manual fluid/gas transfer pump in the truck tank and get some that way.
