Lean it over to 55, swing the vice to 25, and tilt the vice 10° each way for l or r cutters. Stop the down travel when the cutter point just comes to the side of the wheel. It'll cut almost as fast as square
55°25°10° I'll try that combo
It'll be here on the 5th
It was only 80.00 shipped
I ordered extra wheels
If it saves time fixing chain's
it'll be worth it.
Might get one to setup just for rakers.
Firewood seasons here
Always have chain's to sharpen for guy's.

Biggest thing I can suggest is to try and get the chain centered in the vice.
My round grinder is set up for .050 chain. If I sharpen .063 on the grinder the chain will cut crescents.

On my B&F 399 round grinder I do all one side and then set up to do the other. 375 RM type first RS second. Not much adjustment built in to it.
Never tried 404 on it.
Going to try ten and five degrees for the 404 chipper mill chain.

I did get a call from my wife that she had to take our very pregnant daughter to the hospital. Grandbaby number three may be arriving soon.

Congratulations Pawpaw.
